Given the mandate put in place by the State of Ohio and cancellation of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, the event has been cancelled.
If you have already made your ticket purchase, there are a couple of options:
- Your ticket purchase can be transitioned into a fully tax-deductible donation to Youth Challenge.
- Your ticket purchase can be refunded in full. If you would like a refund, please contact Carolyn Palmer, YC’s Communications & Events Manager, at 440.892.1001 x 13 or [email protected]. Please let us know before April 1, 2020 if you would like a refund. After that date, your purchase will be assumed as a donation to fund Youth Challenge’s mission
We are sorry we won’t be able to enjoy delicious brats and beer with you while we celebrate basketball! However, your safety and health is our top priority. Brats, Beer, & Brackets raises vital funds to support Youth Challenge’s mission. If you feel compelled to make a donation to help support YC’s kids and programs, you can do so at this link.
