Program Sign Up
Programs are listed chronologically by weekday. Please pay close attention to location and age restrictions. Check the programs you wish to attend. We will do our best to assign everyone to as many programs as possible but with limited space at each program, you may not get every program you mark down. Think of the following as your volunteer "application" and we will assign you where we can use you.
MONDAYS
Soccer
Location: Lakewood Park

Sewing
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 10-11:30 am
TUESDAYS
Mini Camp
Location: VARIOUS LOCATIONS (see options below)
Time: 10:30 am-2 pm
Requirement: Preference will go to volunteers ages 15 and older to work with our youngest participants ages 3-8.
WEDNESDAYS
Sports & Swim
Location: Clague Park, Westlake
Time: 10:30 am-2:30 pm
Boccia
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 6-7:30 pm
Requirement: Preference will go to volunteers ages 15 and older to work with our adult participants ages 19 and older.
Teen Night Overnight
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 11:30am meet at YC, Westlake. Pick up from YC after the Overnight on Thursday, July 2 at 10 am
Note: This is a special program. We will be attending a Guardian's game during the day, doing some more fun activities, and then doing the overnight at the Youth Challenge building. Any age, but priority will go to volunteers 13 and older
THURSDAYS
Boccia
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 1-2:30 pm
Requirement: Preference will go to volunteers ages 15 and older to work with our adult participants ages 19 and older.
Teen Night - Kayak & Cookout
Location: Wallace Lake, Berea
Time: 4-7 pm
Note: Any age, but priority will go to volunteers 13 and older.
Museum Explorers
Location: Natural History Museum, Cleveland
Time: 11 am-2:30 pm
Back to the Future - 50th Anniversary Edition
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 11 am-2:30 pm
Outdoor Recreation - Kayak, Cycling, Fishing
Location: Wallace Lake, Berea
Time: 11 am-3 pm
Treetop Adventures
Location: Holden Arboretum, Kirtland
Time: 11 am-2:30 pm
Backyard Games
Location: Greenbrier Commons, Parma Heights
Time: 11 am-2:30 pm
Teen Night - Night at the Museum
Location: Museum of Illusions, Cleveland
Time: 4-7 pm

Where Will Color Take You Race Course Volunteer Information
Location: Cleveland Metroparks Zoo
Time: 7:30 - 9 am
Note: This sign up is only for anyone that would like more information about how to sign up to volunteer as a race course volunteer. You MUST be able to attend this race as a race course volunteer with a parent.
50th Anniversary Reunion & Bash
Location: Youth Challenge, Westlake
Time: 6- 9 pm
Note: This is a special program where we will be celebrating our teen volunteers who graduate in May of 2026. Volunteers will NOT be paired with a participant. Volunteer families are welcome and invited to join us!
