Youth Challenge brings together young people with physical disabilities and teen volunteers through adapted sports, recreation and social growth activities. 

At Youth Challenge (YC), we believe that, despite one’s limitations, everyone has the right to play, learn, make friends, have fun, and enjoy life in a safe, welcoming environment! YC provides over 300 year-round activities where participants with disabilities are paired one-on-one with trained teen volunteers. Whether a participant needs help tossing a football or holding a paintbrush, the partners work together to complete activities. Programming helps participants exercise and gain physical skills while also providing a way to bring peers of all abilities together for socialization, support, and friendship. All programs, including transportation, are provided at no cost to the families of those with disabilities.
