Sara Steimle is the Alumni Program Coordinator. She creates and leads programs for alumni participants and volunteers, manages the alumni social media account, and assists alumni participants with applications for waivers, housing and transportation.

Before working at Youth Challenge Sara had various internships throughout high school and college at agencies that serve people with disabilities. After graduating from Wright State University she worked at a County Board provider agency where she planned activities and helped people with disabilities learn the skills they needed to be successful at work.

Sara has been a participant at Youth Challenge since 2000 and graduated from Wright State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Services.
